The Island is endowed with white sandy beaches and warm sea water that you will enjoy waddling in it. However, it is also a natural habitat of rays and sea urchins. Please tread lightly and have your flip flop on.
Yes. We are a PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) authorized Dive Resort and divers we certified are recognized all over the world.
Only cash is accepted on the island and recently online banking and E-wallet (Boost) is also available on the island.
If the trip is cancelled due to factors that are beyond our control (weather, sea condition, or other natural disaster or occurrences), we will refund the fee in full after deducting any finance charges that may have been incurred. However, we refuses liability of any damage, inconveniences, or costs that may have been incurred as a result of the cancellation.
Kindly note that our cancellation policy as follows:
50% of full package payment will be forfeited for cancellation made within 15 - 30 days from tour date;
75% of full package payment will be forfeited for cancellation made within 8 - 14 days from tour date;
25% of full package payment will be forfeited for cancellation made within 7 days from tour date.
No refund will be given for any services that is not utilized by the guests at their own option. A refund rate to be determined by us will be given for any services that could not be rendered by us in the event of adverse sea, weather, or other conditions necessary for service.
We do not advise pregnant women to join our tour as the boat journey can get rough at times. However, given fair weather and calm sea, the trip is possible but subject to the management’s discretions.
Electricity on the island is powered by solar panels and is supplied at 12 volts DC which is not suitable for most electronic appliances. However, we do have very limited power supply socket at certain of our rooms (mostly all rooms located at the beach area).
Camping are available upon request.
All drinking water are brought in from the mainland and guests may purchase from our shop. Shower water is filtered spring water but it is not safe for drinking. Please do not drink directly from the tap.
As our accommodations are in a very natural setting, we always advise guests to be careful and take precautions at all times.
Check in time is 1300hrs & check out time is 1000hrs. And yes, you can stay to enjoy the facilities after checking out subject to appropriate payments that apply.

The Island is quite large and has step cliffs at parts, it is not advisable to walk around the island. You can try trekking up the hill. However, kindly note that you are not advised to trek without our crew. No well-established trail is available at the moment. For more information, please refer to our crew.
Guests are advice to only bring essential items to the island as the location of rooms are on the higher ground. The walk up might be challenging with heavy bags. Guest can keep their non-essential items at Counter 12 located at Jesselton Point Jetty. However, it is at your own risk as the Management will not be responsible for items kept under left luggage.

The Beach View Chalet, Rustic Rooms, Mangan Rooms, and Bujangan Rooms is right next to the beach and is suitable for guest with mobility difficulties or young children. The Hornbill Hill Chalets are about 30m above ground which requires some physical exertion and minimum level of fitness. Handicapped facilities are not available on the island.

Yes. Divers must present a valid scuba diving certification card (e.g., PADI, SSI, NAUI) for certified dives. However, Non-certified divers are not allowed to dive independently. Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) participants must be at least 10 years old and will be closely supervised by a certified instructor.
